If you purchase a one-time prepaid credit pack (Starter Pack $12 or Growth Pack $29) and decide not to use the service, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no credits from that pack have been consumed. To request a refund, email support@productvisualai.com with your account email and purchase receipt.
Credits that have already been spent to successfully generate Amazon white backgrounds, secondary gallery infographics, lifestyle scenes, or 5-second product video loops cannot be refunded or restored. GPU rendering and high-resolution neural processing incur real, irreversible server costs upon job execution. If an AI generation fails due to a system error or timeout, the deducted credit is automatically refunded to your balance.
Pro Seller ($19/mo) and Agency ($79/mo) subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account billing portal or by emailing support. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further recurring charges will be made. Partial months or unused subscription credits are non-refundable. Contact support@productvisualai.com for any billing discrepancies.
